An over the top experience. I see I can only write 100 characters and I really don’t think that’ll be enough lol Lance was absolutely incredible, not only in finding my mother and me the perfect home, but all the extra things he did, his wife and himself invited us to his house to finish up paperwork, as well as let me access a zoom chat for final sign. He was so accommodating and made us feel really taken care of, he really cares and it shows in his work. All realtors aren’t the same, Lance is the best.
Lance met with us several times and truly listened to our needs. We have a unique situation where my mother lives with my husband and me and we needed a separate In-law space. He was able to help us find that, along with the spacious property that we wanted. We greatly appreciated Lance not being pushy and patient with us, he went above and beyond showing us several homes in the area. We would highly recommend Lance to anyone that we know!
Lancelot did a fantastic job working through the stressful situation of selling my late father’s home. We had many unforeseen issues come up with the sale and he handled everything in stride. He went above and beyond in helping us find contractors for repairs and even helped my husband change a door out so we could close on time! I would absolutely use Lancelot again and recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
Goes above and beyond. Lance and his wife go above and beyond. They are a great team. I am 81 years old, he and his wife came and helped me do some things that had to be done to prepare the house for sale. Lance even helped me to pack some things for the staging. I would highly recommend Lance if you need to sell your house. He treats you like family. He is the best!
