More than a realtor

Professional and Personable

Lance is a very professional realtor that is there when you need him, whether it be for a showing or for one of the many questions, you are guaranteed to have, he has your back!

“True͏ friends aren’t the ones who make your problem disappear. They’re who are the ones who won’t disappear when you’re facing a problem!” That’s what I can describe Sir Lancelot. He went beyond himself as a realtor! He was our friend! He was there for me day and nite, holding our hands searching a house for us. After 10 pm should be the limit of replying my texts? Yet, 11:45 pm, my texts finding a house or discussing about the offer would always received a reply or two! On the weekend, a family trip was arranged so he can meet up with us, driving 4 hours, so he can show us 3 properties after the family outing!

It’s not there to say that Sir Lancelot was there just to achieve his cut for the commission! He had our backs. We were looking for an ocean front property that I can retire while being able to hold short term rental. This property is it, as a commercial property, but I wanted an ocean front in a residential area, which I can’t achieve the rental intention?! We took his conscious reminder and advised us not to!

Lancelot worked very well with my former realtor in finding a beach condo. Lancelot went above and beyond the normal duties if a realtor to make sure the purchase and closing went smoothly. In addition he is a good person who is willing to rollup his sleeves, find solvutions and make both parties happy. He is a breath of fresh air!

"When my wife and I mentioned to our group of friends that we were looking for a realtor, we received a number of referrals. It seems like everyone 'knows a guy.' An over the top experience. I’m seeing I can only write 100 characters and I really don’t think that’ll be enough lol Lance was absolutely incredible, not only in finding my mother and I the perfect home, but all the extra things he did, his wife and himself invited us to his house to finish up paperwork, as well as let me access a zoom chat for final sign, he was so accommodating and made us feel really taken care of, he really cares and it shows in his work, all realtors aren’t the same, Lance is the best.

Lancelot Lenard accomplished selling my house in Orlando and negotiating my dream house in Ormond Beach. Lancelot coordinated the staging of my house in Orlando with a professional photograph and provided excellent staging techniques to show the quality of my home. Within two weeks; there was offer on the Orlando house. After the offer was accepted; I purchased my dream home that will benefit my healthcare requirements. During the whole process of selling and purchasing a new home: Lancelot addressed and explained the whole process of selling and buying a new home.
