Goes above and beyond. Lance and his wife go above and beyond. They are a great team. I am 81 he and his wife came and helped me do somethings that had to be done to prepare the house for sale. Lance even helped me to pack somethings for the staging.

I would highly recommend Lance if you need to sell your house. He treats you like family.
